There is nothing worse or more stressful than when your hot water is no longer hot! When a customer recently called us about the hot water problems in their ten-unit HOA condominium complex in Atlanta, we immediately went out to diagnose the problem and repair it the same day.

Here’s what we did to restore their hot water.

1. Replaced the defective mixing valve in the building.
2. Re-piped hot and cold water supplies, and installed the necessary valves and controls for proper operation.
3. Furnished all necessary materials, labor, and equipment for the replacement of one (1 each) Bradley mixing valve with one 1-1/2” diameter Acorn mixing valve model #MV17-3 or equal.
4. Added isolation and control valves to the water lines and added a bypass for servicing the valve or providing the building with hot water directly.
