The Problem:
Water Savers Llc was contracted by a large commercial retailer to solve a major problem at their 230,000 sq. ft. warehouse on 27 acres in Tucker, GA. Due to a leak that several previous plumbing companies could not locate, the warehouse had been on $7,000/month Fire Watch with an $11,000/month excess water bill for four (4) months.
The Approach:
To identify the source of the leak, Water Savers Llc immediately implemented their expertise to conduct a thorough assessment. They discovered a 10-inch ductile fire line in a wooded area of the property as the leak source. The team repaired the leak. In addition, Water Savers Llc replaced two inoperative fire hydrants to ensure the entire Fire Suppression System was operative and up to code.

An assessment revealed that the Fire Watch and multiple leaks were causing significant financial losses to the company while posing a significant risk to the property.
